Agency fees amount to 4% including tax.
They are the responsibility of the seller or the buyer according to the mandates signed by the owners.
They are calculated as follows:
-on the net seller price when they are the responsibility of the buyer
-on the presentation (sale) price when they are the responsibility of the seller

Residential buildings:
From 0 to €200,000: fixed minimum of €10,000 including tax
Goods over €200,000: 5% including tax
Unbuilt buildings:
Building land: 7% excluding tax
MARSEILLE agency:
Sale of Residential Property: 4% including tax of the price paid by the seller regardless of the amount of the transaction.
Sale of Professional Goods: 2% including tax of the price paid by the seller + 2% including tax of the price paid by the buyer regardless of the amount of the transaction.
Right to Lease: 10% including tax of the price paid by the seller regardless of the amount of the transaction.
Goodwill: 10% including tax of the price paid by the seller regardless of the amount of the transaction.
Land: 7% including tax of the price paid by the seller regardless of the amount of the transaction.
Search Mandate: 4% including tax of the price paid by the buyer.
